| Ashley is a two-time VIDES volunteer. The first time in Honduras with Sr. Gloria and a few other volunteers and the second time by herself to Guatemala. She lived and experienced first-hand both the poverty and joy of the people. Ashley's interests include singing, cooking, teaching, computers, accounting and youth ministry. |

| Tim and Micki began serving in Ethiopia in 2004 and have been coming back every year since. Their next trip to Ethiopia will be this summer. In the past Micki has taught music and English to the children and youth and Tim keeps busy fixing doors, plumbing, electrical, etc., etc., as well as catching up maintenance on two very used Toyota Land Cruisers. |

| Natalie Naglieri is Rhinebeck, NY. She is the oldest of two brothers and two sisters. Natalie attended New York’s Mt. St. Mary’s University for her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education and then graduated from SUNY New Patz with a master’s degree in English as a Second Language. |

| Rachelle volunteered for a year with VIDES in Ethiopia, where she helped run secretarial and typing classes for young adults. After her VIDES experience, she continued her education and then went back to Africa, but this time to Kenya, where she is working with the KIWANIS CLUB OF KISUMU, KENYA. She "adopted" a child named Zawa and continues to seek funds for the needy children of Kisumu. |

| Maura went to Zway with her husband, Steve, and son, Smith. The wanted to spend their Christmas vaction with the children and Sisters in Zway. They had a very unique and enriching experience. After this Maura went with her family to aid the victims of the December 2004 Tsunami. |

| Sarah taught English to the "come and see" girls, helped with the feeding program in Ethiopia for sick and undernourished babies, and got involved with the weekend Oratory and the summer program. Sarah continued to live the VIDES legacy by volunteering in 2006 in Argentina, five years after serving in Ethiopia. |
